Today the world has lost one of the greatest country singers of all time. Joe Diffie has passed away due to complications from COVID-19. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Joe over the past few years, working with him on the Girl Ridin’ Shotgun video, and keeping in touch regularly. Even before then, he was one of my favorite performers growing up listening to country music on K-Country 103.1. He will be missed.
