Kid Rock Video ft. Monster Truck Released

Today is the release of Kid Rock’s new song/video “Don’t Tell Me How To Live” featuring Canadian rock band Monster Truck. This video was a lot of fun to produce and direct and I’m sure will cause a little stir! The video also features Bones Owens with an appearance by Tim Montana and family. Check out the video here.

With the primaries coming in fast, a lot more work will follow leading into May and the fall.

Shooter Jennings “The Other Life” Turns 10

Shooter Jennings “The Other Life” album was released 10 years ago today. To accompany the album, I produced/directed a short film that won Best Short Film at the 2013 HorrorHound Weekend, created a comic with RD Hall and illustrated by J.D. Wilkes, and we released a beautiful print by artist Josh Bodwell. So many amazing people across different platforms with loads of talent.

Thanks to all involved. And a special thanks to Van Fletcher for giving us a chance.

And a side note: the album cover was shot by my friend Richie Wireman in Greensburg, Kentucky.

Fourteen Years with Grit Creative and counting..

Fourteen years ago, Senator David Givens pushed for Vincent Fields, while still with the Republican Party, to hire me to film his campaign ads. Shortly after, Fields would leave the party and launch his own company Grit Creative looking to give candidates a more personal experience. Over 50+ candidates on local, regional, state, and national levels, along with numerous awards, we’re still going strong. It’s been an honor to play a small part in all of these folks bids to try to make their community, state and nation a better place. Get out and vote today.
